PROVISIONAL VOTER: In order to use this database to learn whether your provisional vote counted, you will need to input your provisional code number found on your Provisional Voter Receipt (the NCR copy you retained on election day). The code number can be found near the top of the receipt.

If you no longer have your code number, our office will not be able to inform you whether your vote counted.

Once you input your code number, you will be taken to a page that lists whether your vote was counted. A reason will also be given if your vote was not counted. Please note that the affidavit you signed on the Provisional Ballot envelope will serve as your voter registration form.
