You may download a registration form in either English or Spanish.  Complete and mail the form to the Kane County Clerk, P.O. Box 70, Geneva, IL 60134.  Once we have received and processed your registration form, you will be issued a voter identification card.

Note: If you decide to register by mail, you must vote at the polls on election day or vote Absentee in person the first time you vote.

If you are already registered in Kane County and have moved to another address within Kane County, you may complete a Change of Address form (see link below) and mail it to the Kane County Clerk, P.O. Box 70, Geneva, IL 60134.  Once we have received and processed your Change of Address form, we will issue a voter identification card to you. (If your name has changed, you must re-register.)
